When the Solstice Sun sets
Look to the rising moon
I'll look to see you there
Where we can meet soon
As the stars shine above
They mirror the lights on the trees
There's one in each home's window
But to me they're just a tease
Wishing I were with you
This special time of year
The holidays seem bluer
When you are not near
So now the days grow longer
And the Solstice Sun will rise
After a full night spent
Watching the moon to see your eyes
