Breakfast

The lone grain of white rice among the brown rests to the side waiting for the gates to roll open. Break the fast on any of the delicious local foods from the sea, farm and ranch. So foreign but so good - I have no fear. The brown rice knows that the grain of white speaks not their language, but is well accommodated. The fast broken pleasantly on pot stickers stuffed with vegetables and shrimp so I search for more. Breads with meats, cheeses and sweet potato to round out the experience. Happily, full, I will soon take flight and return home. I will miss you, Seoul.
